Week of March 9-13 Booker T. Washington

Topic: netTrekker, GoogleDocs

Teachers will begin using Google Docs amongst themselves for collaboration in preparation for student use.  netTrekker will be used by teachers and students for research.

Expected Outcome:  Teachers will gain an awareness of Google Docs as a collaborative tool and netTrekker as the educational search engine.

Week of March 25 - 27 - Social Bookmarking and Wikis- Georgia Ave.

Teachers will create a delicious.com account for bookmarking and be introduced to their resource wiki for project

Expected Outcome:  Teachers will learn about social bookmarking and wikis.  Teachers will also  learn the beginning steps for incorporating Web 2.0 tools into student projects and assignments.
